  Please note that the observatory does not offer luggage storage. If required, please use the coin lockers located at Lotte World Mall.

Nursery

We have a clean and comfortable nursery for mothers and babies 36 months old and under.

• Locations: Located in front of the VIP Lounge on B1F.
• Amenities: Nursing rooms, changing stations, water purifier, microwaves, air purifiers, etc.

  Changing stations are also installed in multi-purpose restrooms.

Disabled and Elderly Access Amenities

We have amenities for disabled (wheelchair access) visitors and those suffering from physical discomfort. In addition, we will guide you to an alternate line that does not use escalators.

• Disabled Access Restroom: 2 locations (B1F Lobby; 117F Observation Deck)
• Alternate Line: Please refer to a staff member for guidance to an alternate line that does not use escalators.

Guide Lounge

We have a lounge area for tour guides of domestic and overseas travel agencies. Please inquire at the group ticket office.
