The on-site ticket office opens 10 minutes prior to opening hours, and the last ticketing is one hour prior to closing time.

Group ticketing is closing at the same time with the on-site.
The operating hours of the internal facilities (Café, Gift Shop, etc.) and other amenities are the same as the observatory operation hours.
To ensure the safety of our visitors, the Sky Terrace on the 120th floor may be closed depending on weather conditions.
